Prelude to WSOP 2015: A Look at the Final Moments of WSOP 2014

The 46th Annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) is around the corner, with 68 events for players to compete for a multi-million dollar cash prize and the treasured WSOP bracelet. This year’s WSOP kicks off on 27th May, 2015 and culminates in a grand finale on 14th July, 2015. In this video, we take you through the final moments of WSOP 2014 in Las Vegas, where Martin Jacobsen beat the rest of the competition, overcoming the final hurdle of Stephenson to win the event and bag the prize money of $10 million and the bracelet.

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has become one of the signature poker events for players and fans from all over the world. It was launched back in 1970 with Benny Binion inviting 7 of the top poker players for one single tournament at the Horseshoe Casino. Since then the World Series of Poker has grown into a mega-event, something that the entire poker world awaits eagerly every year. The event is held in Las Vegas and since 2005 it has been sponsored by Caesars Entertainment. Since recent times, the winner is awarded a multi-million dollar cash prize and a WSOP bracelet that all poker players dream about.
